Piotr Scigan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Wiktor Gruchacz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa got a free kick in the 60th minute. 63 minutes into the game, Jan Juchno cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Piotr Scigan took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 74 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. Tomas Illescas hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Marios Kontos hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. 86 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Scigan came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Jan Juchno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jan Juchno was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Gruchacz in the 95th minute of play.
