Benedykt Ziomkowski came out of the goal in the 6th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Benedykt Ziomkowski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 10th minute of play. Benedykt Ziomkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karol Modliszewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. After 15 minutes of play, Ave Silesia's Stefan Okopny made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Luis Andino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benedykt Ziomkowski. Ave Silesia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luis Andino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Benedykt Ziomkowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benedykt Ziomkowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 1-4 from a short distance just to the right of Benedykt Ziomkowski. When Ave Silesia's Karol Modliszewski in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ecuador's goalie prevented a goal. Ave Silesia were awarded a corner in the 33th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. In the 39th minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benedykt Ziomkowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Ziomkowski having to interfere.
The wind increased when Karol Modliszewski made the kick off in the second half. Ave Silesia's Benedykt Ziomkowski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Ave Silesia from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeusz Dec in the 53rd minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The shot was stopped by Benedykt Ziomkowski but with some difficulty. After 66 minutes of play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho made it 2-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benedykt Ziomkowski was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Ave Silesia's Benedykt Ziomkowski got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benedykt Ziomkowski made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felix Montenegro in the 73rd minute. Cristian Sancho succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-8 in the 74th playminute. The audience was convinced that Luis Andino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedykt Ziomkowski was relentless in the 79th minute of the game. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Benedykt Ziomkowski made a huge save. Cristian Sancho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Benedykt Ziomkowski made a huge save. 83 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ave Silesia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. After 84 played minutes Ave Silesia got a freekick which was hit by Adam Bialakowski. In the 87th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benedykt Ziomkowski was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karol Modliszewski in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Ave Silesia's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Andino came free, but Benedykt Ziomkowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benedykt Ziomkowski. Benedykt Ziomkowski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-9. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
