The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Ernso Constant a yellow card for diving instead. Ernso Constant kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. During the 29th minute of the match Ernso Constant completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Ernso Constant a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Eduard Bacarreza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. The wind increased when Philippe Ambroise made the kick off in the second half. Mariachi FC's Eduard Bacarreza was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 51st play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Mariachi FC's Nereo Bolivar got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Noel Seide didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eduard Bacarreza went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. Eduard Bacarreza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. Felix Dorval received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Cristiano Gredig tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Eduard Bacarreza came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Noel Seide didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 76th minute, which inside left pole to 0-6. Noel Seide took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eduard Bacarreza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 92nd minute, Fernán Pereda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Haiti getting a freekick after 94 minutes play.
