An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Tafalla in the 37th minute of play forced Lillhärdal BF's goalkeeper Petter Lund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Petter Lund came out of the goal and Sebastian Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Petter Lund showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luca Espinar, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Lillhärdal BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 11-0. 94 minutes into the match, Edmundo Espiga had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Petter Lund. Lillhärdal BF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Espiga was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 12-0. There was no doubt that Honduras were the better team. Honduras's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
