Sven-Arne Apelquist stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dante Lacasa. 0-1. 14 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Paul-Émile Bolé came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Yu Chao Bin made a precise shot to the right of Dante Lacasa. Mexico's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Arne Apelquist in the 21st minute of play. Dante Lacasa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paul-Émile Bolé went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stasio Kowalski came out and tried to block the shot, but Alberto Tafalla slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 32nd minute. Stasio Kowalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 37th minute of play. When the match clock showed 42 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Sven-Arne Apelquist sped through Mexico's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. In the 47th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 48 played minutes, CD Zhizhio's 贺银坚 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Dante Lacasa came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in CD Zhizhio reached it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-4.

A hard shot 89 in the game by Yu Chao Bin from a close distance when the talented Dante Lacasa managed to make a qualified save. Mexico's players were relieved. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CD Zhizhio had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
