In the 5th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 6th minute of the match Flavinho Rosado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, Galo na Veia FC™'s Barra Gøl got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barra Gøl. That made the score 1-0 in the 12 minute of play. Galo na Veia FC™'s Barra Gøl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 16th minute of play. In the 16th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Barra Gøl saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 20 minutes, Lautaro Mancebo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lautaro Mancebo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Galo na Veia FC™'s goalkeeper Barra Gøl, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfried Spaniol, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 32nd minute, Lautaro Mancebo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Barra Gøl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flavinho Rosado in the 35th minute of play. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Żurawski in the 43rd minute of the match. Barra Gøl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfried Spaniol was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Felix Luque got a free kick in the 52nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilfried Spaniol kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dante Lacasa. That made the score 3-1 in the 56 minute of play. Galo na Veia FC™'s Guilherme Arana was substituted for Umberto Moreno. 67 minutes into the game, Stamen Ringov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Galo na Veia FC™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexico the free kick. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. Barra Gøl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 82nd minute of play. After 84 played minutes Galo na Veia FC™ got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Profeta. 86 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Bernard Scarpa came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute, Guilherme Arana reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dante Lacasa. The goal made the score 3-2. In the 93rd match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Zorita to maneuver through the defense.
