A hard shot 24 in the game by Francisco Seco from a close distance when the talented Marko Meerits managed to make a qualified save. FC Hiiu Pallurid's players were relieved. The supporters of FC Hiiu Pallurid booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alberto Gisbert didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Kunnar Leks fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Hiiu Pallurid's protests and gave Kunnar Leks a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th match minute, FC Hiiu Pallurid was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kunnar Leks to maneuver through the defense. Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Penalty! 54 minutes into the game, Jorge Sainz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Hiiu Pallurid the free kick. If Merdan Abesadze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jaime Cazalla sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Covarrubias hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The supporters of Uruguay booed when FC Hiiu Pallurid was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Julius Talumets didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Jaime Cazalla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vytautas Kalasiūnas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joaquin Gayoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Uruguay's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 82nd minute. A nice corner shot did that Jaime Cazalla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Marko Meerits quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 85 minutes into the match, Uruguay's goal looked a bit too open when Vytautas Kalasiūnas came free, but Joaquin Gayoso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arturo Carvallo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After 90 played minutes FC Hiiu Pallurid got a freekick which was hit by Vytautas Kalasiūnas. In the 96th minute, Maximiliano Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. FC Hiiu Pallurid succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Uruguay had controlled the match.
