The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jenson Smith during the 27th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 27 played minutes USA got a freekick which was hit by Jenson Smith. After a defensive mix-up in FC AnTePiA™'s zone, Cassius Byrne stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alfred Walmarsson came out of the goal and Cassius Byrne tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alfred Walmarsson made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. 41 minutes into the match, Lembit Pentus had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marco Day. USA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lembit Pentus was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Lembit Pentus made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Walmarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a long run with the ball, Cassius Byrne did a trick in the 60th minute in front of FC AnTePiA™'s goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 2-1. An impressive performance by USA's Cassius Byrne! 66 minutes into the match, FC AnTePiA™'s goal looked a bit too open when Edward Mcdonald came free, but Alfred Walmarsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfred Walmarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cassius Byrne in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Walmarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alfred Walmarsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cassius Byrne in the 69th minute of the match. 71 minutes into the match, Cassius Byrne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alfred Walmarsson. In the 76th minute of the match, Lembit Pentus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Marco Day saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ata Çavuş in the 79th minute of play. After taking down the ball on USA's corner Jenson Smith fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Alfred Walmarsson quite easily take care of the ball.
