Lobster if's Mujahid Lim got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Demonde Jacobson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sune Överman in the 22nd minute of play. In the 30th minute Sune Överman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sune Överman in the 33rd minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gabriel Matsson kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Helge Trillkott in the 39th minute of play. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sune Överman went, in the 41st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mujahid Lim, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. In the 47th minute, Mujahid Lim left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lobster if fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Finlay Stair to strike the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Lobster if's Helge Trillkott nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Demonde Jacobson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. After 59 minutes, Hans Asklund mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lobster if and the Jamaica players grew even worse after the yellow card. 62 minutes into the match, Lobster if's Mujahid Lim sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Demonde Jacobson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Demonde Jacobson made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Helge Trillkott sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Helge Trillkott managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lobster if's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Trillkott was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Demonde Jacobson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sune Överman, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Jamaica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Sune Överman scored to the left of an out of position Demonde Jacobson, making the score, 1-8. Jarell Hill sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice moves Mujahid Lim could shoot a difficult shot in the 97th minute, which Demonde Jacobson however easily saved by the left post. 98 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Överman came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lobster if's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
