Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francisc Homescu started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Francisc Homescu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CRANGASI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Joaquin Gayoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pompiliu Porumbescu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, CRANGASI FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Cordescu to maneuver through the defense. Pompiliu Porumbescu might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joaquin Gayoso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pompiliu Porumbescu ran back to his position shaking his head. Kevin Carballal hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute of the match Lucian Ipate sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Joaquin Gayoso skillfully saved the ball. Pompiliu Porumbescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. In the 34th minute, Alberto Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CRANGASI FC's Faik Derem proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save CRANGASI FC from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, CRANGASI FC's Faik Derem got control of the ball when Maximiliano Escribano tried to sneak it across the goal line.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Francisco Seco made a kick off. Francisc Homescu struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CRANGASI FC. In the 58th minute Francisco Seco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Faik Derem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Francisco Seco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faik Derem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano in the 64th minute of play. Francisc Homescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 72 minutes, Francisco Seco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Uruguay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Seco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, CRANGASI FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Faik Derem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Camilo Covarrubias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Francisco Seco in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Faik Derem saved CRANGASI FC from getting behind. After some careless play in the CRANGASI FC defense, Maximiliano Escribano kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Faik Derem. The CRANGASI FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Faik Derem should have stopped the shot. In the 85th minute, Maximiliano Escribano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Uruguay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Faik Derem didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Maximiliano Escribano went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Maximiliano Escribano managed to get in a good position for a shot. Uruguay's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Escribano was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faik Derem breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Francisco Seco got a free kick in the 97th minute. CRANGASI FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
