Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Moises Fernandino started the match with the kick off. Marco Tamayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Andriescu having to interfere. Horaţiu Găină could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 9th minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Iacob Nedelcea left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ⚽RAE⚽ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 13 minutes into the game, Toader Cojan threw the ball into play from the sideline. El Salvador's Jesus Carvallo quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. If Horaţiu Găină had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gigel Paveliuc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moises Fernandino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Andriescu having to interfere. Moises Fernandino scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Andriescu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moises Fernandino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Victor Andriescu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. 28 minutes into the match, Moises Fernandino notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of ⚽RAE⚽'s Victor Andriescu. Victor Andriescu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 31 minutes into the match, El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gigel Paveliuc. In the 32nd minute, Joshua Curbelo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Moises Fernandino struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Victor Andriescu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Salvador. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moises Fernandino in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Andriescu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lorenzo Yepes kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Horaţiu Găină shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Zorita saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gigel Paveliuc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half El Salvador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Moises Fernandino kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. When Iacob Nedelcea came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the ⚽RAE⚽ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Iacob Nedelcea couldn't finish the play. Horaţiu Găină sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th minute, Moises Fernandino got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Gigel Paveliuc had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Moises Fernandino, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 69 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Victor Andriescu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Horaţiu Găină in the 72nd minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 73 minutes El Salvador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Horaţiu Găină who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on ⚽RAE⚽'s corner Horaţiu Găină fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ricardo Zorita quite easily take care of the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Moises Fernandino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Salvador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Moises Fernandino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gigel Paveliuc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. In the 88th minute the ball was on its way in behind El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Horaţiu Găină received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in ⚽RAE⚽'s zone, Abram Luque stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Andriescu came out of the goal and Abram Luque tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ⚽RAE⚽'s supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
