But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Daniel Zorita couldn't finish the play. Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Lazar Milosavljević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 12th minute of play. Guillermo Galindo kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lazar Milosavljević showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lazar Milosavljević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 24th minute of play. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalkeeper Lazar Milosavljević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 29th minute, Srećko Milosavljević left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Фк РАДНИК Колонија fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Фк РАДНИК Колонија's goalkeeper Lazar Milosavljević, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Gabriel Barbosa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazar Milosavljević having to interfere. Srećko Milosavljević could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. A collision led to Фк РАДНИК Колонија getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Gert Kasemaa hit a great ball. Luis Andino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gabriel Barbosa to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Agustín Saelices. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lazar Milosavljević having to interfere. Lazar Milosavljević yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-2. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ivica Jovasević in the 69th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the game, Felix Montenegro recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Lazar Milosavljević. Felix Montenegro showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Julio Vera came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by Фк РАДНИК Колонија's Gabriel Barbosa. But to his dismay, Gabriel Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. Felix Montes hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Wally Casey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 80th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Julio Vera. Ecuador's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Wally Casey fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Фк РАДНИК Колонија's protests and gave Wally Casey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, Фк РАДНИК Колонија was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wally Casey to maneuver through the defense. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Lazar Milosavljević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 91 played minutes Фк РАДНИК Колонија got a freekick which was hit by Gert Kasemaa. When Cristian Sancho came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Ecuador fans jumped to their feet. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
