Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Birger Kjellkvist kicked off to start the match. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Åke Västlund in the 6th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Axel Tasis got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andréas Biörkquist in the 20th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexander Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. It was beautiful to see Lokomotiv Julita's Tommy Sundström in action when he in the 23rd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! After 25 played minutes Lokomotiv Julita got a freekick which was hit by Wiktor Eklund. Maximilian Nordin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 33rd minute, Eliseo Noboa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Costa Rica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When Costa Rica's Axel Tasis in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Lokomotiv Julita players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 41st minute, Alexander Carballo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 42 minutes into the match, Lokomotiv Julita's Tommy Sundström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Lautaro Puig fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Lautaro Puig a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Lautaro Puig hit a great ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes of play Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Birger Kjellkvist in the 53rd minute of the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Kjellkvist in the 56th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peder Finman in the 57th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Wiktor Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costa Rica's Axel Tasis shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 61st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Maximilian Nordin but with some difficulty. In the 64th minute Peder Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Birger Kjellkvist in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Birger Kjellkvist took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Birger Kjellkvist in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Birger Kjellkvist's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. After 86 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Lokomotiv Julita! Maximilian Nordin made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Eliseo Noboa sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Tasis got free with Maximilian Nordin in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Lokomotiv Julita's Birger Kjellkvist in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal.
