The penalty shot was made by Luisinho Tasso, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Mexico's Dante Lacasa. 0-1. After 38 minutes, Caco Damião mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bizard FC and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 38th minute, Caco Damião hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd rose to their feet as Alberto Tafalla kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ademar Fernandes. That made the score 1-1 in the 41 minute of play. After having played for 45 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Sena managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bizard FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luiz Fabiano Sena was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

Bizard FC's Adriano Costa was substituted for Victor Pinho. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Ozan Sağınç to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luca Zorita in the 55th minute of play forced Bizard FC's goalkeeper Ademar Fernandes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ademar Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Per-Arne Stålberg hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Luisinho Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Despite being the better team, Mexico failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
