Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Hardas Dunđer might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Julio Vera. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hardas Dunđer ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 9th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Högman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joachim Högman stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. 12 minutes in the game Primitivo Andino did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Agustín Saelices. After a rather tough play, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's Mattias Lenberg got a free kick in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play forced Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС's goalkeeper Joachim Högman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A nice corner shot did that Luis Andino got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Joachim Högman quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Cato Onstad sent off a good shot on target. Joachim Högman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 21st minute of play. Joachim Högman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Cristian Sancho in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Joachim Högman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joachim Högman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hardas Dunđer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Ecuador were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hardas Dunđer in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd match minute, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cato Onstad to maneuver through the defense. After 59 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Juan Sebastián Puig. Gustav Kihlberg blasted a shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Julio Vera having to make a save. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cato Onstad, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 62nd minute of the match Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustav Kihlberg ran over to the corner to take the kick. Felix Montenegro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Joachim Högman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС made a substitution. Oliver Giroud replaced Cato Onstad. Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС made a substitution. Ettore Giusti replaced Lino Fidensio. Joachim Högman made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 81st match minute, Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gustav Kihlberg to maneuver through the defense. Joachim Högman made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. In the 91st minute Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС were awarded a corner. Gustav Kihlberg went to the cornerflag to take it. Primitivo Andino kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. When the match was over Ecuador could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Bɪᴀɴᴄᴀ ŦС throughout the match.
