Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute of the match, Rudolf Rus tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Patricio Costa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Don Bray having to make a save. Don Bray showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 10th minute of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Caco Moura dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jonathan Ferrant, 1-0. 32 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Caco Moura came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, Caco Moura reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 2-0. Will Budden shot from long distance in the 45th minute, but Jonathan Ferrant was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. In the 47th minute, Caco Moura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Caco Moura made a kick off. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Caco Moura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Caco Moura took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Dave Spacey got a throw-in 64 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Caco Moura. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Rus, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. After 66 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Caco Moura in the 68th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Globo Red's Don Bray played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute of play. In the 89th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Illescas to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for The Globo Red.
