Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Paolo Ubarna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 4th minute of play. After having played for 6 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but C.A Vientos Huracanados's Paolo Ubarna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Silvio Odilon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Ubarna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, C.A Vientos Huracanados's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Paolo Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isidoro Sarmiento received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Paolo Ubarna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Elazar in the 31st minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Severo Elazar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, C.A Vientos Huracanados's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Paolo Ubarna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The supporters of C.A Vientos Huracanados booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Odilon came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Panama players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. C.A Vientos Huracanados were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Severo Elazar made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Severo Elazar tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Tomas Berganza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 58th match minute, C.A Vientos Huracanados was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Apolo Lope to maneuver through the defense. Paolo Ubarna took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Apolo Lope could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. Paolo Ubarna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 63rd minute of play. After some careless play in the C.A Vientos Huracanados defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Paolo Ubarna. The C.A Vientos Huracanados fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Paolo Ubarna should have stopped the shot. In the 72nd match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Cambeiro to maneuver through the defense. Paolo Ubarna came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by Panama's Tomas Berganza. But to his dismay, Tomas Berganza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Severo Elazar in the 90th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Ubarna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Panama fully deserved thier win.
