Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nikolas Kafkalas started the match with the kick off. In the 5th minute Nikolas Kafkalas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sérgio Vargas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nae Hurmuzache, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nae Hurmuzache in the 11th minute of the match. 15 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sérgio Vargas. FC GURZUN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julien Luarasi, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. 29 minutes into the match, FC GURZUN's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Sérgio Vargas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Felix Montenegro was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Nikolas Kafkalas sent off a good shot on target. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Vargas having to interfere. With an all-out effort, FC GURZUN's Julio Vera threw himself towards the right post 39 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Nae Hurmuzache, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 40th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Sérgio Vargas. FC GURZUN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sérgio Vargas having to interfere. In the 45th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sérgio Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Nikolas Kafkalas came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Nikolas Kafkalas went, in the 52nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Montenegro got free with Sérgio Vargas in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 59th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sérgio Vargas quite easily take care of the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FC GURZUN's Sérgio Vargas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FC GURZUN from getting a goal against them. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of FC GURZUN's Sérgio Vargas. Sérgio Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC GURZUN made a substitution. Aristide Arsene replaced Fabian Oravițan. A collision led to FC GURZUN getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Dumitru Neguțu hit a great ball. Nikolas Kafkalas hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. FC GURZUN made a substitution. In the 85th match minute, FC GURZUN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lars Lindholm to maneuver through the defense. Lars Lindholm hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute Matei Cozmâncă shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC GURZUN's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Julien Luarasi in the 97th minute. The corner led FC GURZUN's Angel Patrido to fire away a dangerous shot which Julio Vera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Ecuador left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than FC GURZUN.
