Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Haroldo Jago started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Gregorio Velasco made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target. Daniel Zorita came free with the goalkeeper in the 6th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gregorio Velasco could save by the left post. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Cristian Sancho got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of play forced C.A Huracan's goalkeeper Gregorio Velasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of C.A Huracan's Gregorio Velasco. Gregorio Velasco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. C.A Huracan's Gregorio Velasco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save C.A Huracan from getting a goal against them. 26 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's goalkeeper Gregorio Velasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 27 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gregorio Velasco was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 31 minutes, Felix Montes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the C.A Huracan players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Haroldo Jago in the 32nd minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Jago in the 33rd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Gregorio Velasco made a huge save. Daniel Zorita struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Gregorio Velasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. In the 46th minute of the match Santo Eate shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

C.A Huracan's Anier Lucila was substituted for Ambrosio Garaona. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Zorita to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gregorio Velasco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita scored 4-0 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregorio Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 64 minutes into the match, C.A Huracan's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Montenegro came free, but Gregorio Velasco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Ecuador from getting a goal against them. After 67 played minutes C.A Huracan got a freekick which was hit by Delmiro Francis. Gregorio Velasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute of play. Felix Montenegro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cristian Sancho scored 5-0 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gregorio Velasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 80th minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Gregorio Velasco. C.A Huracan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. C.A Huracan's Gregorio Velasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 83rd minute of play. Gregorio Velasco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristian Sancho went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. Cristian Sancho took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gregorio Velasco. Gregorio Velasco dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 91st minute, Cristian Sancho made a precise shot to the right of Gregorio Velasco. C.A Huracan's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 9-0. When the referee ended the match the Ecuador players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
