After some careless play in the Golden Lions FC defense, Rohan Watson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Anders Lundqvist. The Golden Lions FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Anders Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 8th minute of the game Richard Mccarthy made a throw-in which Koby Wright played forward. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Loco Durazno in the 10th minute of the match. Anders Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Koby Wright, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Mats Nyström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jax Williamson. That made the score 1-1 in the 14 minute of play. Anders Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rohan Watson in the 16th minute of the match. After 18 minutes, Loco Durazno made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Canada's Jax Williamson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Anders Lundqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koby Wright in the 20th minute of the match. Anders Lundqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carter George, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Loco Durazno's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 31st minute of play. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Canada's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Arne Tönnberg was slow to take the kick. During this time Golden Lions FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mats Nyström got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jax Williamson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 45th play minute Loco Durazno came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jax Williamson. 3-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. Joschi Hook made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Canada's Eric Hill. Loco Durazno took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Canada's Theo Burton was substituted for Rohan Watson. After a rather tough play, Golden Lions FC's Igor Dzierwa got a free kick in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jan Dixon in the 63rd minute of play forced Golden Lions FC's goalkeeper Anders Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the match, Golden Lions FC's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Mccarthy came free, but Anders Lundqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Loco Durazno came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Golden Lions FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Loco Durazno couldn't finish the play. Golden Lions FC's Marcelo Steven was substituted for İbrahim Efe Topdemir. Golden Lions FC made a substitution. Cosme Larpe replaced Mats Nyström. Golden Lions FC's Burç Tokhan was substituted for Loco Durazno. Burç Tokhan blasted a shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jax Williamson having to make a save. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Burç Tokhan in the 74th minute of the match. A collision led to Golden Lions FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Georg Termander hit a great ball. In the 84th minute of the match, Jan Dixon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anders Lundqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Golden Lions FC's Anders Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filip Edwards in the 88th minute of play. 90 minutes into the match, Burç Tokhan notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Canada's Jax Williamson. Jax Williamson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cosme Larpe kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. In the 94th minute Canada were awarded a corner. Jan Dixon went to the cornerflag to take it. Golden Lions FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
