Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tord Lindholm showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 7 minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tord Lindholm. The crowd rose to their feet as Tord Lindholm kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 12 minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Guillermo Mariano hit a great ball. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Comunardo Graziano was slow to take the kick. During this time White Knight's players had a chance to rest. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tord Lindholm showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. After 36 minutes of play, White Knight's Tord Lindholm made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Venezuela booed when White Knight was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erik Ahlquist didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Tomas Illescas came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tomas Illescas couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tord Lindholm to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tord Lindholm in the 52nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tord Lindholm in the 56th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tord Lindholm's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 58th minute of the game. Tord Lindholm blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tord Lindholm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Samir Saltık left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The White Knight fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. In the 87th minute Tord Lindholm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Costa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tolek Czeberowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, White Knight's Gaston Eron got a free kick in the 93rd minute. White Knight's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
