The corner was taken by Jaime Cazalla in the 18th minute. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Martelli City Club's goalie and right to Maximiliano Escribano. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Martelli City Club's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maximiliano Escribano in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Grant Muro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grant Muro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 25 minutes, Serafin Bonadona managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martelli City Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafin Bonadona was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 27 minutes into the game, Camilo Franco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uruguay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Martelli City Club the free kick. In the 27th minute, Camilo Franco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute, Alberto Gisbert ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Grant Muro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso got control of the ball when Serafin Bonadona tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Franco hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Serafin Bonadona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. Grant Muro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 56 minutes in the game Pascual Errapel did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Miguel Luix. Grant Muro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Francisco Seco in the 58th minute. Korneliusz Lizewski hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Grant Muro made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. 62 minutes into the match, Martelli City Club's goalkeeper Grant Muro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Francisco Seco. Joaquin Gayoso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. A collision led to Uruguay getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Bruno Beldad hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the match, Serafin Bonadona notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Serafin Bonadona got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
