Bartolo Idacio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 10th minute, when Carlos Herrera sent off a good shot on target. Eliseo Mina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Idacio having to interfere. Dalmacio Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Bartolo Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luz Tejedor, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 21 minutes into the game, Julian Murillo cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Bartolo Idacio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Rubens Vaz hit a great ball. Bartolo Idacio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Julian Murillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Carlos Herrera's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rolando Noboa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Bartolo Idacio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 36th minute of the match. After 37 played minutes ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ got a freekick which was hit by Bo-Erik Larsson. Luz Tejedor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Bartolo Idacio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s Rolando Noboa threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anibal Rubio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 47th play minute Anibal Rubio came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Rolando Noboa. 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Herrera in the 54th minute of play. 56 minutes had been played when some careless play by ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Milagros Fraga hit a great ball. The throw-in from Dalmacio Gomez in the 60th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Eliseo Mina. The supporters of Peru booed when ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Herrera didn't get a good kick on the ball. 65 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Herrera came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Peru booed when ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miromir Misiorowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡'s Fidel Sesuldo was substituted for Carlos Herrera. Miromir Misiorowski hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Bartolo Idacio made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Idacio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bartolo Idacio was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Julian Murillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Julian Murillo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. The ⚡El XeNeiZe de BiGaNd⚡ fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Peru were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
