With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stig Bengtsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 12 played minutes The Northmen Army got a freekick which was hit by Hershel Guertin. In the 13th match minute, The Northmen Army was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fortunato Stefano to maneuver through the defense. Walery Ludzia kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Stig Bengtsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Christopher Ahlerot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Näfver, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hershel Guertin in the 22nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Hershel Guertin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 24 minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Walery Ludzia made in the 35th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Fortunato Stefano however managed to control. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Hershel Guertin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Walery Ludzia during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Walery Ludzia kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 40 minutes in the game Fortunato Stefano did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Christopher Ahlerot. In the 44thth minute of the game Hershel Guertin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marc Lagerberg in the 46th minute of the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Patricio Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patricio Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Hershel Guertin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tomas Illescas's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 58thth minute, Stig Bengtsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hershel Guertin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute there was a penalty for The Northmen Army. Hershel Guertin stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 3-0. Tomas Illescas in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Stig Bengtsson, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. 70 minutes into the game, Christopher Ahlerot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Northmen Army's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. A collision led to The Northmen Army getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Christopher Ahlerot hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. If Hershel Guertin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Stig Bengtsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Patricio Costa in the 77th minute. Hershel Guertin took the ball and in the 86 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 90 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Stig Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Hershel Guertin, 99 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. The Northmen Army fully deserved thier win.
