The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willian Cuesta saved ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Cassius Byrne put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Willian Cuesta. The supporters of USA booed when ARES FC DeusDeFutbol was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Hufnagel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 24 played minutes, USA's Cassius Byrne shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Willian Cuesta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in USA reached it. Recai Nusrettin came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marco Day could save by the left post. In the 27th minute Otsando Fierro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roman Garci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cassius Byrne in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Willian Cuesta saved ARES FC DeusDeFutbol from getting behind. Marco Day showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roman Garci, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 41st minute of play forced ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's goalkeeper Willian Cuesta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otsando Fierro in the 75th minute of play. After having played for 81 minutes, Roman Garci managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roman Garci was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. USA's Marco Baker was substituted for Edward Mcdonald. If Sam Campbell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sam Campbell might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Willian Cuesta. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sam Campbell ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 92nd minute, Marco Baker got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95thth minute of the game Sam Campbell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ARES FC DeusDeFutbol's Willian Cuesta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
