After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bruno Dudley quite easily take care of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bruno Dudley prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Agustín Saelices heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Dudley read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. When the match clock showed 82 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Isaac Selatse sped through Ecuador's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Julio Vera. Bruno Dudley made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 89th minute of play. Daniel Zorita might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Dudley. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Daniel Zorita ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 96th minute, which Bruno Dudley however easily saved by the left post. The Motita37 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ecuador's performance. The match ended with a win for Ecuador.
