Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marshall Hahn in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute of the match Colonie FC got a corner. Paraguay's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Preston Simons ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Paraguay's goalie and right to Antony Mooney. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Paraguay's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 7th minute, Paraguay's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Anton Best fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. A sloppy throw-in by Marshall Hahn in the 13th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Xavier Zoido. In the 14th minute Jaime Pardo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lonnie Blankenship saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 22 minutes, Antony Mooney mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colonie FC and the Paraguay players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Colonie FC booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Campos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th minute of the match, Anton Best got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jacobo Nores was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Anton Best took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 47 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Marshall Hahn came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Marshall Hahn stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Marshall Hahn tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Olaf Mojsiewicz kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Anton Best sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cedric Scales hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Xavier Zoido charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Xavier Zoido the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Xavier Zoido kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Paraguay played a much better game than Colonie FC and deserved their victory. The Colonie FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
