After having played for 13 minutes, Kálmán Kiss managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dombiratosi Football Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kálmán Kiss was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Venezuela fans' excitement grew in the 19th match minute when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Krisztián Kenesei tried to sneak it across the goal line. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Tamás Varsányi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Kálmán Kiss could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Through an outstanding action, after 46 minutes, Jonathan Ferrant successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 48th minute of play forced Dombiratosi Football Club's goalkeeper David De Gea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Dombiratosi Football Club's Mátyás Csonka was substituted for Roland Sági. The wind increased when Tamás Varsányi made the kick off in the second half. David De Gea made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 57th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dombiratosi Football Club. Rigoberto Mina hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After 76 played minutes, Dombiratosi Football Club's Kálmán Kiss shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dombiratosi Football Club reached it. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Horváth in the 79th minute of play. The supporters of Dombiratosi Football Club booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kálmán Kiss, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Tomas Illescas charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomas Illescas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When the referee ended the match the Dombiratosi Football Club players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
