Petras Anusauskas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 14th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, KF RAHOVECI 1931's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Petras Anusauskas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Artur Zhiva got free with Rolando Noboa in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KF RAHOVECI 1931 were awarded a corner in the 29th minute after Peru's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Marco Tardelli took the corner. In the 37th minute Davi Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After 44 played minutes KF RAHOVECI 1931 got a freekick which was hit by Keltrin Laçka. In the 46thth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KF RAHOVECI 1931's Petras Anusauskas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Petras Anusauskas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Julian Murillo fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. After some careless play in the Peru defense, Davi Sanches kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rolando Noboa. The Peru fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rolando Noboa should have stopped the shot. After 66 played minutes Luz Tejedor rounded KF RAHOVECI 1931's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. In the 69th minute Davi Sanches shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Keltrin Laçka kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Luz Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. KF RAHOVECI 1931 made a substitution. Arion Strakosha replaced Davi Sanches. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafael Gallo in the 93rd minute of play forced KF RAHOVECI 1931's goalkeeper Petras Anusauskas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
