The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Radomir Futlev recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kubrat Bogoslovov in the 17 minute of the game. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomir Futlev, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Raul Venegas hit a great ball. 32 minutes into the match, SK 10's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime Pardo came free, but Toshko Dzhonev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Toshko Dzhonev made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 32nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, SK 10's Zhecho Alexandriyski got a free kick in the 37th minute. The supporters of SK 10 booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xavier Zoido didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Radomir Futlev's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomir Futlev to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Radomir Futlev stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Radomir Futlev tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hector Covarrubias hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Zhecho Alexandriyski charged in rather forcefully in the 68th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zhecho Alexandriyski the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Paraguay booed when SK 10 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zhecho Alexandriyski didn't get a good kick on the ball. A sloppy throw-in by Detelin Nachev in the 78th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Paraguay's Iker Tafalla. Radomir Futlev struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SK 10. SK 10's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jaime Pardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Paraguay fully deserved thier win.
