An unexpectedly hard shot by Den Cardwell in the 12th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Guerra in the 14th minute of play. In the 16thth minute of the game Den Cardwell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Den Cardwell in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Den Cardwell struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for London Lions. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Den Cardwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When London Lions's Den Cardwell in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When Leandro Guerra fell near the penalty area in the 38th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored London Lions's protests and gave Leandro Guerra a yellow card for diving instead. After 38 played minutes London Lions got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Guerra. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Gaz Chandler managed to get in a good position for a shot. London Lions's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaz Chandler was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Den Cardwell in the 44th minute of the match. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Den Cardwell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Honduras players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. London Lions were winning 0-2.

Bogdan Ghimpu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 52nd minute of the match. 63 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Den Cardwell. Den Cardwell's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Lautaro Navarro skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leandro Guerra showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 71 minute of play. Jamal Cavanagh made in the 74th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Martyn Dawson however managed to control. 75 minutes into the game, London Lions's Den Cardwell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lautaro Navarro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Den Cardwell in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Emanuel Ocampo hit a great ball. In the 79th minute of the match Laurence Perryman shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Lautaro Navarro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After 80 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. Lautaro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaz Chandler, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Honduras's Emanuel Ocampo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Jamal Cavanagh in the 90 minute of the game. In the 91st match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. After 92 played minutes, London Lions's Martyn Dawson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in London Lions reached it. Leandro Guerra blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. The Honduras fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. London Lions were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
