Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Iordache Donici kicked off to start the match. In the 4th of the match, Eliseo Noboa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Yang Ming Ran got in the way and made a wonderful save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iordache Donici in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 9 minutes into the game, Deng Kun Xu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Deng Kun Xu got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iordache Donici in the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the game, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Iordache Donici nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iordache Donici in the 20th minute of play. Cazimir Bărbătescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Iordache Donici took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Iordache Donici's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 36th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Iordache Donici in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. 45 minutes into the match, C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's goalkeeper Yang Ming Ran had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. Iordache Donici fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. After the first half C Ａ R D I N Ａ L were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Axel Tasis made the kick off in the second half. Iordache Donici took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. Cazimir Bărbătescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herminio Vincente, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. When Juan Rubio fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Juan Rubio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Juan Rubio hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Herminio Vincente got free with Benito Sanz in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Sergiu Panaitescu took a quick shot and it went in 0-7 without a chance for Benito Sanz to make any attempt to save it. Benito Sanz didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 81st minute, which inside left pole to 0-8. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Deng Kun Xu, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. With his leg Benito Sanz managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Herminio Vincente fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herminio Vincente in the 89th minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when C Ａ R D I N Ａ L's Herminio Vincente shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-9 in the ordered_time% minute. When the final whistle sounded C Ａ R D I N Ａ L left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Costa Rica.
