Benedicto Naelio scored 0-3 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roberto Layton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Argentina's zone, Carlo Darrigrande stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lev Yashin came out of the goal and Carlo Darrigrande tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 27 played minutes ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ got a freekick which was hit by Dé 孙坚.

The wind increased when Benedicto Naelio made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Benedicto Naelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Layton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the game, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Carlo Darrigrande nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Lev Yashin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. This resulted in a 1-5 score and a disappointed Roberto Layton as he didn't even see the shot coming. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Argentina walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
