Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rd minute, Olle Carlsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 8 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Amancio Videl. Berni y Benja FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cristian Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 12th minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Videl. Berni y Benja FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cristian Sancho scored 0-3 in the 15th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amancio Videl, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 18 minutes into the match, Berni y Benja FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Amancio Videl reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Olle Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 26th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. 36 minutes into the match, Cristian Sancho notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl. Amancio Videl was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of play. Edgardo Arce could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Julio Vera made a huge save. 44 minutes into the game, Edgardo Arce recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Edgardo Arce showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-5.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kärim Benzine to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Berni y Benja FC's Amancio Videl got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Amancio Videl. That made the score 1-6 in the 56 minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amancio Videl read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute, Agustín Saelices made a precise shot to the right of Amancio Videl. Berni y Benja FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-7. Berni y Benja FC's Atilano Goiz was substituted for Pastor Tino. Berni y Benja FC made a substitution. Norberto Fero replaced Ramiro Sanson. Ecuador's Luis Andino got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Amancio Videl having to interfere. Kärim Benzine's late challenge caught a Ecuador's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kärim Benzine helped the player get up and apologised. After 81 played minutes Berni y Benja FC got a freekick which was hit by Kärim Benzine. Amancio Videl made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cristian Sancho sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mauro Boni in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 2-7 became the score in the 93rd minute when Mauro Boni elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Ecuador played a much better game than Berni y Benja FC and deserved their victory. The Berni y Benja FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
