Academia 1903's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Los Playmobil FC the free kick. Alfonso Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Edmundo Mendes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juan Estevez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Epifanio Hermelando during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Academia 1903's Epifanio Hermelando got a free kick in the 14th minute. Juan Estevez was out of position in the 15 minute of play, and Edmundo Mendes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Edmundo Mendes really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Mendes in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Estevez saved Academia 1903 from getting behind. 22 minutes into the match, Edmundo Mendes had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Juan Estevez. Academia 1903's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edmundo Mendes was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 24th match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Epifanio Hermelando to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute, Edmundo Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 32 minutes into the game, Edmundo Mendes recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juan Estevez. Edmundo Mendes showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Juan Estevez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Mendes's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. In the 37th minute Los Playmobil FC were awarded a corner. Cipriano Lauren went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Diguinho Paraense managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Edmundo Mendes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Juan Estevez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Mendes in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Estevez saved Academia 1903 from getting behind. The supporters of Los Playmobil FC booed when Academia 1903 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfonso Patrido didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Estevez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cipriano Lauren, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 47 minutes into the game, Fidel Tadzio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. After 47 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Fidel Tadzio. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Fidel Tadzio made the kick off in the second half. Juan Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 60th minute, Edmundo Mendes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Mendes in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juan Estevez saved Academia 1903 from getting behind. Los Playmobil FC's Edmundo Mendes got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Academia 1903 defense, Edmundo Mendes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Estevez. The Academia 1903 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Estevez should have stopped the shot. When the match clock showed 74 minutes, the score became 7-0 when Edmundo Mendes sped through Academia 1903's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Juan Estevez. The Los Playmobil FC fans' excitement grew in the 77th match minute when Los Playmobil FC's Edmundo Mendes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 8-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Los Playmobil FC's Iwan Kolbert was substituted for Enzo Lazcano. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Cipriano Lauren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Los Playmobil FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cipriano Lauren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juan Estevez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abel Lartaun during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Lartaun to maneuver through the defense. 97 minutes into the match, Edmundo Mendes notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Academia 1903's Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Los Playmobil FC had played much better football throughout.
