The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Emiliano Velasco scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juan Estevez, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Cain Velasquez kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. With a little luck, Academia 1903's Juan Estevez got control of the ball when Dinu Ivănescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Velasco in the 12th minute of play forced Academia 1903's goalkeeper Juan Estevez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, Despidida AFC's Dinu Ivănescu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juan Estevez made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 18 minutes, Dinu Ivănescu made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Academia 1903's Juan Estevez tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Academia 1903's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Pastor Tino scored to the left of an out of position Juan Estevez, making the score, 4-0. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Juan Estevez successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Dinu Ivănescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juan Estevez having to interfere. Juan Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pastor Tino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the game, Dinu Ivănescu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Juan Estevez. Dinu Ivănescu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 6-0. Emiliano Velasco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Juan Estevez made a huge save. Amadeo Frisco's late challenge caught a Despidida AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeo Frisco helped the player get up and apologised. After 44 played minutes Academia 1903 got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Frisco. 45 minutes into the match, Academia 1903's goalkeeper Juan Estevez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Emiliano Velasco. In the 45th match minute, Academia 1903 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Pero to maneuver through the defense. Juan Estevez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emiliano Velasco's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

The wind increased when Fidel Tadzio made the kick off in the second half. After 55 minutes of play, Despidida AFC's Pastor Tino made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juan Estevez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Despidida AFC made a substitution. Ancho Branca replaced Dinu Ivănescu. Juan Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Despidida AFC fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Despidida AFC's Alvaro Raymond looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 10-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee gave Despidida AFC a penalty, 73 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Gabriel Silban, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Academia 1903's Juan Estevez. 11-0. 75 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond notched a goal, 12-0, to the right of Academia 1903's Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Alvaro Raymond came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Despidida AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Raymond couldn't finish the play. Juan Estevez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Raymond, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despidida AFC's attentive Oliver Rizzo managed to snatch the ball when Silvano Palban made a throw-in in the 84th minute of the game. 86 minutes into the match, Alvaro Raymond notched a goal, 13-0, to the right of Academia 1903's Juan Estevez. Juan Estevez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After some careless play in the Academia 1903 defense, Alvaro Raymond kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Juan Estevez. The Academia 1903 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Juan Estevez should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alvaro Raymond in the 98th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Juan Estevez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 98 minutes, Alvaro Raymond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Despidida AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alvaro Raymond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
