In the 3rd match minute, Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ambrosio Ovando to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, DINAMO's Petru Avramescu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Perfecto Mongis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The supporters of DINAMO booed when Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rogelio Torres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ysmael Marfil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Martins in the 24th minute of play. Ysmael Marfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben Gant, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Perfecto Mongis got control of the ball when Ryszard Borcz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute Ryszard Borcz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Perfecto Mongis saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Henric Casas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Perfecto Mongis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ryszard Borcz in the 47th minute of play. Perfecto Mongis came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by DINAMO's Ryszard Borcz. But to his dismay, Ryszard Borcz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ryszard Borcz made a kick off. A collision led to Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Rogelio Torres hit a great ball. If Ryszard Borcz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ysmael Marfil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Gant, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Ben Gant recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to DINAMO getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Jaime Barros hit a great ball. The supporters of Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ booed when DINAMO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil got control of the ball when Jerônimo Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ's Perfecto Mongis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Borcz in the 75th minute of play. With a little luck, DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil got control of the ball when Jerônimo Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Jerônimo Martins came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Ψ Futbol Rojo Ψ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jerônimo Martins couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, DINAMO's Ysmael Marfil got control of the ball when Jerônimo Martins tried to sneak it across the goal line. The nice shot from Jerônimo Martins in the 84thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Ysmael Marfil had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Ryszard Borcz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Perfecto Mongis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, DINAMO's Augustin Văduvescu got a free kick in the 96th minute.
