Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Melquiades Esiquio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Dante Lacasa to make any attempt to save it. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harry Deckberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Harry Deckberg recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Harry Deckberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Enrique Charro kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Federico Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 17th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Majadita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Gaona came free, but Federico Reyes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Federico Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Federico Reyes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mauro Izotz in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. In the 30th minute of the match Majadita FC got a corner. Mexico's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Pablo Guipuzkoa ran over to the corner to take the kick. At last the ball reached Harry Deckberg at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Mexico. 3-0. 35 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauro Izotz. A collision led to Majadita FC getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Melquiades Ihazintu hit a great ball. If Luca Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 43 played minutes Majadita FC got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Charro. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. Lautaro Mancebo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Melquiades Esiquio in the 57th minute of play. When Melquiades Ihazintu fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Majadita FC's protests and gave Melquiades Ihazintu a yellow card for diving instead. Melquiades Ihazintu kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when Majadita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Ihazintu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes Majadita FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Joel Gaona got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Federico Reyes quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Valentin Lluterio hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Mexico defense, Melquiades Esiquio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dante Lacasa. The Mexico fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dante Lacasa should have stopped the shot. Lorenzo Cazalla hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Majadita FC's Pablo Guipuzkoa tried to score from far away in the 79th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Federico Reyes in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Majadita FC's Pablo Guipuzkoa couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Mexico. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 86th minute of play forced Majadita FC's goalkeeper Federico Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Melquiades Ihazintu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 88 minutes had been played. In the 92nd minute, Melquiades Esiquio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Majadita FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0.
