Jonatan Bortzaioriz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jonatan Bortzaioriz came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cañada Juniors's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Milagros Fraga got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonatan Bortzaioriz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonatan Bortzaioriz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 27th minute of the match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonatan Bortzaioriz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Batista, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Peru's Julian Murillo got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Peru's Luz Tejedor got a free kick in the 76th minute. Cañada Juniors's 汪俊 was substituted for Frank Lembeck. Cañada Juniors made a substitution. When Julian Murillo came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Peru fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julian Murillo couldn't finish the play. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. A hard shot 95 in the game by Rafael Gallo from a close distance when the talented Jonatan Bortzaioriz managed to make a qualified save. Cañada Juniors's players were relieved. Peru played a much better game than Cañada Juniors and deserved their victory. The Cañada Juniors players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
