Bogdan Stelea made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. 24 minutes into the match, Cuervo Loco FC's goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santino Seco. 26 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bogdan Stelea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Cuervo Loco FC's Jimeno Feo got a free kick in the 28th minute. 29 minutes into the match, Cuervo Loco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Santino Seco came free, but Bogdan Stelea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Martínez, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Bogdan Stelea made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Santino Seco sent off a good shot on target. Colombia's Luis Cazalla quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Jimeno Feo, made in the 36th minute of the game. Bogdan Stelea was a little too slow when Axel Montenegro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-1. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cuervo Loco FC's goalkeeper Bogdan Stelea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Indiano hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Boleslaw Puszynski might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pedro Manzanares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Boleslaw Puszynski ran back to his position shaking his head. 47 minutes into the game, Lautaro Martínez cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Pedro Manzanares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Lautaro Martínez made the kick off in the second half. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 54th minute, when Lautaro Martínez scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 2-3. In the 64th minute, Abram Sarmiento ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bogdan Stelea was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-4. Cuervo Loco FC's Bogdan Stelea played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 67th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Cuervo Loco FC's Huang Kang Zhen slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pedro Manzanares. That made the score 3-5 after 69 minutes of play. In the 78th minute, Tiburcio Luix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kevin Mastache, 78 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 91 minutes, Santino Seco mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Colombia and the Cuervo Loco FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
