Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Feliciano Sesuldo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. Jonathan Ferrant was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Feliciano Sesuldo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Feliciano Sesuldo really showed his touch with that goal: 4-0. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robert Haaland in the 34th minute of the match. If Natalio Quico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 48th minute, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Camilo Gaos the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Venezuela protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Camilo Gaos had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 48 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Jonathan Ferrant had in the 50thth minute some difficulties stopping Robert Haaland's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Feliciano Sesuldo to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Robert Haaland kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Jonathan Venegas hit a great ball. In the 69th minute, Guillermo Mariano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Feliciano Sesuldo took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Natalio Quico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. Tiburones Rojos made a substitution. Ruben Lorien replaced Feliciano Sesuldo. Tiburones Rojos's Albano Luke was substituted for Robert Haaland. Ruben Lorien took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 9-0. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Quico in the 92nd minute of play. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Tiburones Rojos fully deserved thier win.
