In the 25th minute, Vinicio Porfiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 31 minutes into the game, Everardo Benino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Axel Tasis stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Benino in the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Felipe Montrel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Benino, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Leonel Bartoli kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Felipe Montrel struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's Cosme Piorno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Puig in the 85th minute of play. When Felipe Montrel came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Felipe Montrel couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Everardo Benino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Many of TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. TLAMET Y TLASAK 100PRE may have spent more time on the ball, but Costa Rica were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
