Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Colombia's Abram Sarmiento started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Santino Seco charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Santino Seco the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 3rd minute, Santino Seco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Kiewit, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Johan Kiewit notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Johan Kiewit ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 16 minutes, Johan Kiewit made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With an all-out effort, Colombia's Leandro Munio threw himself towards the right post 19 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Santino Seco, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Colombia were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Bermejo Club's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Axel Montenegro took the corner. Leandro Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Johan Kiewit's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Manzanares was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Leandro Munio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kevin Mastache in the 24th minute of the match. 26 minutes into the match, Johan Kiewit notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Colombia's Pedro Manzanares. Pedro Manzanares was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 29th minute of the match Bermejo Club got a corner. Colombia's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Feliberto Tauro ran over to the corner to take the kick. 32 minutes into the match, Johan Kiewit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johan Kiewit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Johan Kiewit, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. In the 42nd minute, Samuel Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Leandro Munio managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Colombia's Abram Sarmiento fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The Colombia players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Bermejo Club were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johan Kiewit was the one to do the kick off. If Abram Sarmiento had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Bermejo Club's Johan Kiewit. But to his dismay, Johan Kiewit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-7. Johan Kiewit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johan Kiewit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, Colombia's Axel Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leandro Munio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Leandro Munio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Johan Kiewit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leandro Munio. Bermejo Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Axel Montenegro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's Ignacio Mastache was substituted for Abram Sarmiento. When Antonio Indiano fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Antonio Indiano a yellow card for diving instead. Honorio Nikola spun around in front of the goal 80 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Colombia's goal. Abram Secada sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Leandro Munio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abram Secada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Bermejo Club's goal looked a bit too open when Abram Secada came free, but Leandro Munio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute, Honorio Nikola reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Manzanares. The goal made the score 1-8. Bermejo Club were furious when Ruperto Theobald was red carded, 91 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Bermejo Club! Bermejo Club:s Leandro Munio showed great skill when he stopped Kevin Mastache:s penalty. The Bermejo Club supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Bermejo Club would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
