In the 3rdth minute of the game David Talamanca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, OROTINENSE's Alfonso Rulli got a free kick in the 4th minute. Songurhan Mete was extremely unlucky when he, in the 6th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Venezuela's goalkeeper couldn't reach when David Talamanca 6 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when David Talamanca tried to sneak it across the goal line. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. David Talamanca was slow to take the kick. During this time OROTINENSE's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in David Talamanca almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant did a great save. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The corner ended in Joshua Secada almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but OROTINENSE's Liu Yong Yong did a great save. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of David Talamanca's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. A very nice done corner allowed Juraj Múdry to score against Jonathan Ferrant in Venezuela's goal. 2-0 after 30 minutes. Omar Carvajal hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Talamanca in the 35th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when David Talamanca came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, one of Venezuela:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Reinaldo Medina shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Walczak came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Liu Yong Yong made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 55th minute. In the 55th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 62nd minute, Songurhan Mete ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. OROTINENSE's Iordache Opincaru was substituted for Songurhan Mete. When the match clock showed 76 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Iordache Opincaru sped through Venezuela's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from David Talamanca, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 83rd minute, one of Venezuela:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Venezuela. After 87 minutes of play, OROTINENSE's David Talamanca made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 90th minute, Nuno Orihuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Talamanca in the 92nd minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Minor Talamanca, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. OROTINENSE fully deserved thier win.
