Bailão De Munique FC's Luís Paulo Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 8th minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Orlando Arósio could shoot a difficult shot in the 10th minute, which Julio Vera however easily saved by the left post. 11 minutes into the game, Orlando Arósio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Julio Vera. Orlando Arósio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Bailão De Munique FC's Luís Paulo Valladares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felix Montenegro in the 16th minute of play. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Valladares having to interfere. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Luís Paulo Valladares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fortunato Ferraro was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 27th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After 34 minutes, Primitivo Andino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ecuador and the Bailão De Munique FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th minute, Fortunato Ferraro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Paulo Valladares came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Luis Andino. But to his dismay, Luis Andino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Arósio in the 42nd minute of play. Luís Paulo Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 43rd minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Bailão De Munique FC's Orlando Arósio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 59 minutes, Valentin Vizitiu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bailão De Munique FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valentin Vizitiu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Luís Paulo Valladares made a huge save. In the 65th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luís Paulo Valladares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Valladares having to interfere. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Orlando Arósio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute of the match Bailão De Munique FC got a corner. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Fortunato Ferraro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Douglas McDonnell was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orlando Arósio in the 75th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Nevruz Zagari had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nevruz Zagari was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Bailão De Munique FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Daniel Zorita scored to the left of an out of position Luís Paulo Valladares, making the score, 3-2. 86 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Kutsi Gençyaz came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Vizitiu in the 88th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 90 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Fortunato Ferraro who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Ahmet Kutsi Gençyaz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Bailão De Munique FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Trent Alexander-Arnold didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Bailão De Munique FC were victorious despite being under pressure from Ecuador for much of the match.
