Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Daniel Zorita started the match with the kick off. Teodosio Francis hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Esteve Pello acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 4th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Daniel Zorita. Daniel Zorita made a great header on Ecuador's corner, it was just that Desfachatados F.C.'s Esteve Pello managed to reach the ball for a save. When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Daniel Zorita took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Esteve Pello to make any attempt to save it. Esteve Pello was a little too slow when Daniel Zorita got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 9th minute. The score was now 2-0. 13 minutes into the match, Desfachatados F.C.'s goalkeeper Esteve Pello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. In the 16th minute of the match, Cristian Sancho tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Esteve Pello saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 17th minute. Felix Montenegro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Esteve Pello having to interfere. In the 25th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteve Pello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteve Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Benjamin Cambranes came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esteve Pello made an important save on a dangerous shot by Daniel Zorita in the 40th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Esteve Pello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 46 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Esteve Pello. Desfachatados F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0.

Esteve Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 53rd minute of the match. After 54 played minutes Desfachatados F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Narciso Pudes. Luis Andino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 61st minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteve Pello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Esteve Pello made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 70th minute of play. Esteve Pello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 71st minute of the match. Cristian Sancho hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 88th minute, Narciso Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
