Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Abram Sarmiento made the kick off which started today's match. When Antonio Indiano fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Colombia's protests and gave Antonio Indiano a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Colombia getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Antonio Indiano hit a great ball. Celedonio Florinio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilmar Borges, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th match minute, Matungo Gaúcho was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Cromefeldt to maneuver through the defense. Colombia's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Gilmar Borges scored to the left of an out of position Pedro Manzanares, making the score, 1-0. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcinho Sena, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Axel Montenegro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ademir Baptista having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 23rd minute of play forced Matungo Gaúcho's goalkeeper Ademir Baptista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcinho Sena's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Pedro Manzanares firmly grabbed it by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Pedro Manzanares successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Ademir Baptista came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Colombia's Abram Sarmiento. But to his dismay, Abram Sarmiento quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 33rdth minute of the game Axel Montenegro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Matungo Gaúcho's Ademir Baptista was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ademir Baptista showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Marcinho Sena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Pedro Manzanares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Matungo Gaúcho's Ademir Baptista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santino Seco in the 40th minute of play. Ademir Baptista made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santino Seco in the 41st minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Matungo Gaúcho made a substitution. Diego Baresi replaced Renan de Senna. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gilmar Borges stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 53 minutes, Celedonio Florinio made it 2-1 with a short kick to the right side. Colombia's Pedro Manzanares tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilmar Borges in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Colombia's Axel Montenegro dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Ademir Baptista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santino Seco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Manzanares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Florinio in the 67th minute of the match. Henk van Putten made in the 70th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marcinho Sena. In the 72nd minute, Kevin Mastache got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia's attentive Kevin Mastache managed to snatch the ball when Henk van Putten made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Ademir Baptista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abram Secada in the 76th minute of the match. Ademir Baptista made an important save on a dangerous shot by Abram Secada in the 77th minute. When Abram Secada came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Colombia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Secada couldn't finish the play. In the 82nd minute, Luis Cazalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 84 minutes into the game, Matungo Gaúcho's Gilmar Borges nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Manzanares made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-2. Abram Secadas short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Ademir Baptista to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 96 minutes into the game, Abram Secada recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ademir Baptista. Abram Secada showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3.
