Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) With 8 minutes on the clock, Luca Rouco commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 8 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mexico! 12 minutes into the game, Bucaneiros's Mai Hontoria nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dante Lacasa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 29 minutes into the game, Mai Hontoria recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Mai Hontoria showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Thanks to some nice moves Ernest Spoelbergs could shoot a difficult shot in the 32nd minute, which Dante Lacasa however easily saved by the left post. Bucaneiros's Bartosz Skikiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 33rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mai Hontoria in the 35th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luca Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Bartosz Skikiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luca Zorita hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laércio Travassos, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Mai Hontoria in the 46th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lautaro Mancebo to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernest Spoelbergs in the 52nd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Alberto Tafalla got a free kick in the 54th minute. In the 60th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Skikiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 73rd minute, Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 87 minutes into the match, Bucaneiros's goal looked a bit too open when Facundo Cadaval came free, but Bartosz Skikiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartosz Skikiewicz having to interfere. Mexico were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Bucaneiros to leave the ground with a draw.
