Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) 7 minutes into the match, Daniel Zorita had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cătălin Gârniceanu. ÇETA FK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniel Zorita was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 14th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Gârniceanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cătălin Gârniceanu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Zorita in the 19th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Julio Vera made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zamir Osja in the 22nd minute. In the 26th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Cătălin Gârniceanu. ÇETA FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Cătălin Gârniceanu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekrem Tapa in the 30th minute of play. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 36 minutes, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Sancho was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, ÇETA FK's Damaso Cefero got a free kick in the 37th minute. Cătălin Gârniceanu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cătălin Gârniceanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. Daniel Zorita took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cătălin Gârniceanu. Cătălin Gârniceanu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ekrem Tapa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Cătălin Gârniceanu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. ÇETA FK's Jetmir Ruvina was substituted for Zamir Osja. Ekrem Tapa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Ecuador getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Camilo Gisbert hit a great ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekrem Tapa in the 64th minute of play. If Cristian Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Zorita kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cătălin Gârniceanu. That made the score 0-5 in the 71 minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 77thth minute, Cătălin Gârniceanu skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After having played for 79 minutes, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ecuador's supporters crossed their fingers, but Daniel Zorita was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 82 minutes, Ymer Memelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ÇETA FK and the Ecuador players grew even worse after the yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Daniel Zorita could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Cătălin Gârniceanu however easily saved by the left post. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekrem Tapa in the 89th minute of play. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jetmir Ruvina's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Ecuador played a much better game than ÇETA FK and deserved their victory. The ÇETA FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
