Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Cléberson Madureira kicked off to start the match. Juan Arruda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cléberson Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eriberto Leme's late challenge caught a Guarama FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eriberto Leme helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Gigante da Colina got a freekick which was hit by Eriberto Leme. Juan Arruda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Víktor Pombal in the 10th minute of the match. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Gigante da Colina's Cristiano Nogueira in the 13th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Serginho Cearense was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Guarama FC through an amazing save. Serginho Cearense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristiano Nogueira in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Amauri Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the match, Víktor Pombal notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Gigante da Colina's Juan Arruda. Juan Arruda was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristiano Nogueira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Serginho Cearense having to make a save. After 21 minutes of play Gigante da Colina's Eriberto Leme was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Gigante da Colina getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Eriberto Leme hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Víktor Pombal in the 23rd minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Cristiano Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute, Armando Meireles made a precise shot to the right of Juan Arruda. Gigante da Colina's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 30th minute, Frédson Passos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After taking down the ball on Gigante da Colina's corner Cristiano Nogueira fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Serginho Cearense quite easily take care of the ball. Gigante da Colina's Cristiano Nogueira got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Cristiano Nogueira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gigante da Colina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Guarama FC the free kick. Cristiano Nogueira kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cléberson Madureira in the 43rd minute of play forced Gigante da Colina's goalkeeper Juan Arruda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alfredão Brasil during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 46th match minute, Gigante da Colina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredão Brasil to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Gigante da Colina's Umberto Gaúcho got a free kick in the 47th minute. Juan Arruda stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cléberson Madureira's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. Cléberson Madureira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. Juan Arruda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Iuri Queirós was the one to do the kick off. After 57 minutes, Víktor Pombal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guarama FC and the Gigante da Colina players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 57th match minute, Guarama FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Víktor Pombal to maneuver through the defense. Iuri Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Serginho Cearense having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Víktor Pombal got free with Juan Arruda in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, Gigante da Colina's goal looked a bit too open when Cléberson Madureira came free, but Juan Arruda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Amauri Matos got free with Juan Arruda in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gigante da Colina's Juan Arruda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Gigante da Colina from getting a goal against them. Víktor Pombal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juan Arruda firmly grabbed it by the left post. Cristiano Nogueira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Serginho Cearense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Iuri Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cristiano Nogueira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Guarama FC played a much better game than Gigante da Colina and deserved their victory. The Gigante da Colina players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
